Browsing Flock and joining our community updates are free. Each gathering is paid separately. Prices vary depending on the gathering, and you'll always see the price clearly before booking.

Before your first gathering, we’ll ask you a few quick questions about what you’re looking for and what kind of setting feels easiest for you. We use this to get a better sense of who’s coming and to make the gathering feel thoughtful, welcoming, and not random.

Not at all. Whether you’re the life of the party or the quiet observer, as long as you’re curious and kind, you're more than welcome to join.

Most people do - that’s kind of the point! Everyone’s showing up to meet someone new.

Bring yourself, an open mind, and anything specific mentioned on the gathering page.

Some gatherings may require extra items, such as comfortable shoes, socks, water, or an umbrella. We’ll include the details on each gathering page before you book.

Wear something comfortable and suitable for the gathering.

For food or conversation-based gatherings, casual is fine. For active or outdoor gatherings, we’ll let you know if you need comfortable shoes, sportswear, or anything specific.

We start our gatherings promptly to ensure the vibe flows smoothly for everyone. If you’re running a few minutes behind, please send a quick message in your Private Telegram Group so your host and group know you're on the way.

That can happen, and it’s okay. Friendships take time. We design each gathering to feel thoughtful and welcoming, but we can’t force chemistry. If something felt off, tell us. It helps us improve future gatherings.

Our gatherings take place at venues with diverse menus to ensure there’s something for everyone! As you order and pay for your own refreshments individually, you are in charge of your own dietary choices. If you have a severe allergy, please do mention it to the venue staff upon arrival so they can look after you properly.

Your peace of mind is the only thing we protect more than the vibe. While Flock's gatherings are intentionally unhosted, you are never truly out of the nest. You can always reach us at motherhen@flock.asia

Transfers are subject to Flock’s approval, vendor terms, and spot availability. Because we prepare each gathering based on who’s joining, please don’t resell or transfer your ticket privately.

Because each Flock gathering involves different venues, vendors, and booking terms, the refund policy may differ from gathering to gathering.

In general, tickets are non-refundable once booked, unless the gathering is cancelled by Flock or otherwise stated on the event page.

If a gathering is postponed or materially changed, we’ll let you know the available options, which may include transferring your booking to the new date, receiving credit for another Flock gathering, or a refund where applicable.

Please check the specific terms on each gathering page before booking.

If Flock cancels a gathering, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and offer you a suitable next step.

Depending on the situation, this may include transferring your booking to another gathering slot, receiving vouchers, or getting a full refund for your ticket.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment method and payment provider.

We’re currently moving away from monthly membership. From 18 May onwards, you can book individual gatherings directly through our website without needing a membership. This means you can join the gatherings that interest you, without committing a monthly plan.
