Refund policy
Because each Flock gathering is different, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the venue, activity, group size, and advance booking requirements.
Please refer to the cancellation terms stated on the individual gathering page before booking. The terms shown on that gathering page will apply to that specific booking.
In general, tickets are non-refundable once booked, unless the gathering is cancelled by Flock or otherwise stated on the gathering page.
You may request to transfer your booking to the next available date, subject to availability. To do so, please let us know at least 48 hours before the gathering. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refunds.
If a gathering is postponed or materially changed, we’ll let you know the available options. This may include transferring your booking to the new date, receiving credit for another Flock gathering, or getting a refund where applicable.
For gatherings with a 48-hour cancellation window, the cut-off is 11:59PM, two days before the gathering. For example, if your gathering is on Thursday, please notify us by Tuesday, 11:59PM.
By booking a gathering, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms stated on that gathering’s product page and in this policy.
