Event Participation Information: Ticket purchases, attendance records, event preferences, and matching quiz responses
Technical Information: IP addresses, browser type, device information, operating system, and usage data collected via cookies or analytics tools
2. How We Use Your Personal Data
We collect, use, and disclose personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including the following:

To enable participation in private Telegram groups associated with specific gatherings;

To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities.
Event Photography and Recordings
Flock events may involve the collection of photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings that may include identifiable individuals. Such content may be used for marketing, promotional, or communications purposes in accordance with Flock’s Terms and Conditions.
Requests relating to the use or removal of such content may be submitted to the Data Protection Officer and will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.
3. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose your personal data strictly on a need-to-know basis to the following categories of recipients:

Service Providers: Including Shopify (payments), Tally (matching quizzes), Telegram (group communications), hosting providers, analytics providers, and other vendors supporting the operation of the Services;

Venues and Event-Related Third Parties: Limited information may be shared where reasonably necessary to facilitate reservations, attendance, or event coordination; and

Legal and Regulatory Authorities: Where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect Flock’s legal rights and safety.
Flock does not sell personal data and does not disclose personal data for unrelated marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
Flock retains personal data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted under applicable Singapore law.
Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law:

Ticketing, reservation, and attendance records: retained for up to 3 years after the relevant event;

Matching quiz responses and profile data: retained for up to 2 years from your last interaction with the Services;

Transactional and accounting records: retained for up to 5 years in accordance with tax and accounting obligations; and

Telegram-related identifiers: retained only for the duration necessary to facilitate event coordination.
Thereafter, personal data will be securely deleted, anonymised, or aggregated.
5. Your Rights Under the PDPA
Subject to applicable legal exceptions under the PDPA, you may:

Request access to personal data that Flock holds about you;

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
