New Flockers: Please complete your membership purchase first! Once you receive your 'You're officially a Flocker' email (usually within 1-2 minutes), you can log back in to book your gatherings for $0. If you buy both at once, Mother Hen can't apply your discount in time!

    How do I book my $0 gatherings?

    To enjoy your Flocker perks, you must be logged into your account before you check out. Once logged in, your $0 discount will apply automatically at the final checkout screen.

    I just joined the Nest. Can I book a gathering immediately?

    Welcome to the Flock! Mother Hen needs about 2 minutes to prep your digital nest.

    • The Process: Please complete your Flocker membership purchase first.
    • The Wait: Wait for your "You’re officially a Flocker!" email to arrive.
    • The Flight: Once that email lands, you can log in and book your first gathering for $0.

    • Note: If you buy a Flocker membership and a gathering in the same cart, the system won't recognize you as a member yet, and you will be charged full price for the gathering.
    What if I accidentally paid full price for a gathering?

    Don't worry! Just send a chirp to contact@flock.asia. Mother Hen will manually refund the gathering portion of your order so you can enjoy your Flocker benefits as intended.

    How do I cancel my membership?

    You can cancel your membership any time through your Customer Account Portal on our website.

    Simply login, click on 'Profile', select 'Manage membership', and 'Cancel membership'. You will continue to enjoy your Flocker perks until the end of your current billing cycle. If you have any trouble finding the button, just wing us an email at contact@flock.asia
